TAX & VAT MATTERS
Our VAT department is managed by Andy Kontakkis, an ex-Customs & Excise senior inspector.
We can offer specialist VAT services to include VAT repayment claims and advice on partial exemption. We also provide hand-holding consultancy for ongoing VAT & tax investigations and will negotiate with HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf.
CORPORATE FINANCE
We provide a wide range of advisory service with respect to all aspects of corporate finance. We can assist you and your business with relatively straightforward raising of debt finance to more copmplex acquisitions and disposals.
